Refund policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods we offer no refunds. We are not responsible for any software compatibility issues, compatible software is listed below each of our products.

Only exception is for Blender Add-ons, you are entitled to a refund if the add-on has errors, just send a screenshot to us.

If you accidentally purchase multiple copies of the same product, reach out to us at contact@disformity.ca and we will refund the duplicate item.
